Following the merger of North with Standard Club to become NorthStandard, which came into effect on 20th February 2023, the new organization gave a remarkable reception at the venue of “Limanakia” Vouliagmenis in Athens to thank the Greek members for their support and cooperation.
Building on this success, NorthStandard, with its enhanced ‘A’ stable rating from S&P Global, is now one of the world’s largest providers of mutual maritime cover – with over 365 million GT of owned and chartered tonnage, annual premiums of around US$796 million, free reserves of US$685 million, and a net combined ratio of 95%.
